2017 Tri Kappa Superhero 5K

5K Run/Walk & 1-mile Fun Run
Date: Saturday, September 9
Time: Registration and check-in – 7:00 a.m.
Fun Run – 8:00 a.m. 5K – 8:30 a.m.
Fees: Pre-registration for 5K is $20 per participant. Pre-registration for Fun Run is $10.
Family of 4 or more living in same household is $60 for 5K and $30 for Fun Run.
Day of registration is $25 per participant for 5K and $15 for Fun Run.

This year’s theme will be superhero again with a desire to help raise awareness for the need for more foster parents within Miami County.
Whether you’re a fast runner, jogger, speed walker, or simply walking for exercise you are still going to have a great time while supporting local youth! 100% of the entry fees benefit Miami County through TriKappa. This event has plenty of added extras with entertainment and bonuses not to mention the medals and prizes!
TriKappa is a non-profit organization that gives back to the community in a variety of ways including scholarships, 4-H trophies, Arts Alive, Books Program, Chamber of Commerce, Peru Circus, Elementary Health Fair, Helping Hands, Ole Olsen, Peru Public Library, Riley Hospital, Salvation Army, the United Way, and more!
Participants are invited to dress as their favorite superhero as there will be prizes awarded for best costumes as well. All ages and genders, strollers and dogs on leashes are welcome too!
